Payment Options

Your purchases can be paid for by PayPal, credit card, business or personal check (US customers only) or by money order. You may place your order through our online store’s secure shopping cart or you may print and fax or mail your order to us.

 
Paying by Check

Checks returned by your bank will be charged a $25 return fee. Checks must be cleared by our banking institution before your order is shipped.

 
Order Confirmation

We will send you an order acknowledgement when we have processed your order. We always try to notify our customers of delivery dates for print-on-demand items.

 
Out of Stock Items – Print-on-Demand
Several of our items are sold as print-on-demand; which means we don’t manufacture the item until after the customer places the order. Once the order is placed, we immediately begin the 3D printing process. Different items have different print times and the customer will be notified of the estimated print schedule as part of the Order Confirmation.

 
Shipping

We ship via US Postal Priority Mail and always provide the ship date and tracking information for each order.

 
International Orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We prefer PayPal for payment, but will accept money orders in US funds only. PLEASE do not send us Canadian currency or personal checks.

 
Shipping and handling charges will be billed to your credit card. If you are paying with a money order, please add $30 for shipping and handling. International orders are shipped using the US Postal Service International Priority Mail. 
 
Damaged Goods

Please report any damaged packages or product to us immediately and to the USPS. We will replace the damaged items at no charge, however, we do charge shipping for the replacement items.

 
Guaranteed!

If you are not satisfied with any item, return to it us in its unopened original packaging for an exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your packing slip along with a note telling us about your dissatisfaction and what you would like us to do. If returning a gift, include the gift buyer's name and address along with your note. 

NOTE: Refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Please complete the online Returns form to begin the process. Please note there will be a 20% restock fee for returns.
